what is the warranty term?
We offer a 5-year warranty for every thermostatic valve that we sell from the shipping date in B/L. If there happens the leakage problem, we will refund the money.
CAN YOU OFFER SAMPLES FOR FREE?
We are willing to provide the potential customers with free samples after we discuss deeply into every aspect except for seeing the real product. However, we hope the customer can bear the shipping cost.
what is your payment term?
It depends on the contract’s total value.
Higher than 6,000 USD: 30% deposit, balance 70% payment against copy of B/L.
3,000–6,000 USD: 50% deposit, balance 50% payment against copy of B/L.
Lower than 3,000 USD: 100% payment before production.
what is your payment method?
T/T or L/C.
what is your moq?
There is no MOQ, but if the quantity is 200 pcs or less, there will be a $100 fee as an additional expense.
what is your delivery time?
